Returns (within U.S.)
Should you wish to return an item, we can offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are returned to Somemoment within 14 days of receipt.
All returns or exchanges must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging, and with original invoice. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.
You will have to pay the cost of returning items.
Please provide all relevant information including your reason for the return.
Exchanges (within U.S.)
If you are exchanging a product and the value of the new item is less that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via your original payment method.
If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
You will have to pay for the cost of shipping exchanged items.
